Merchant of Record

A Merchant of Record (MoR) acts as the legal seller of a product or service, handling responsibilities such as payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and regulatory compliance on behalf of a business.
Merchant of Record services simplify global commerce by allowing businesses to sell internationally without managing many of the operational and compliance requirements themselves.
Planned Integrations
SolydFlow is currently exploring integrations with Merchant of Record providers including:
- Dodo Payments
- Paddle
- Lemon Squeezy
